2011年上海市闵行区手足口病的流行特征

目的了解上海市闵行区手足口病的流行趋势及病原学特征。方法对所有5 667例病例进行时间、年龄、性别、地区、职业分布等相关流行病学特征分析。结果手足口病发病高峰在5—7月份,占全年的44.59%;发病年龄主要在0～5岁组,以1～3岁多见,占全部发病数的68.55%;男童多于女童,散居儿童多于幼托儿童,外来人口多于该地人口。结论该地区手足口病是由EV7l或CoxA16病毒感染而引起,EV71为优势病毒,其发病具有明显的年龄、季节、人群特征。特别需要加强外来人口的疫情监测报告和宣传教育力度,尽量做到早发现,早报告,早隔离。

Epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Minhang District of Shanghai City in 2011

[Objective] To study the epidemiological trends and pathogenic characteristics of the hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Minhang District of Shanghai City.[Methods]The time,age,gender,region and occupation of 5 667 cases were analyzed by the method of epidemiological analysis.[Results] The incidence peak of HFMD appeared from May to July,accounting for 44.59% of total incidence.The suffered group was children aged 0-5 year old,especially among 1-3 year old ones which accounted for 68.55% of total cases.The amount of sickness occurred more in boys than in girls;in addition,the sick numbers of the scattered children were more than those of the kindergarten children,the external population more than the local population.[Conclusion]The HFMD is caused by EV71 or CoxAl6,and the EV71 is the major etiological agent of the HFMD outbreak in Shanghai area.The prevalence of the HFMD has obvious age,season,and population characteristics.The surveillance and public education must be strengthened in the external population for early diagnosis,early report and early isolation as soon as possible.
