葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的观察葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将160例冠心病一tD绞痛患者完全随机分为研究组和对照组，各80例。2组患者均给予抗血小板、降脂药物等常规对症治疗。研究组患者在常规对症治疗基础上给予葛兰心宁软胶囊口服（0．58g／＇粒），2粒／次，3次／d；对照组给予复方丹参注射液20ml加入0．9％氯化钠溶液或5％葡萄糖溶液250ml静脉滴注，1次／d。疗程为4周。观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效及心电图、心绞痛临床症状改善情况。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组[92．5％（74／80）比85．0％（68／80）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。研究组心电图改善总有效率为96．2％（77／80），明显高于对照组[82．5％（66／80）]（P〈0．01）。研究组治疗后临床症状明显改善，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效确切、显著。

Efficacy of Gelanxinning soft capsule on the treatment of coronary angina

Objective To study the efficacy of Gelanxinning soft capsule on the treatment of angina. Methods All 160 patients were randomly divided into research group and control group （80 patients in each group）. All patients received standard treatment for coronary artery disease which including aspirin and statin. The patients in research group received Gelanxinning soft capsule （1.16 g each time, three times one day）. The control group received Danshen injection （20 ml each time, dissolved in normal saline or 5% glucose solution 250 ml, one time one day）. The clinical efficacy, change of electrocardiography（ECG） and the relief of angina after 4 weeks of treatment were the study endpoint. Results The total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group [92.5% （74/80） vs 85.0% （68/80）, P 〈0.01 ]. Seventy-seven patients（96.2% ） in the research group showed improvement of ECG, while only 82.5% （66/80） in the control group showed improvement, and there was significant difference between research group and control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. As compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms of angina was improved significantly in research group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Gelanxinning soft capsule therapy seems to be effective and obvious for the relief of angina
