天津市和平区医疗机构手术室消毒灭菌质量调查

目的了解和掌握天津市和平区各级医疗机构手术室的消毒灭菌质量现状和医院感染管理水平,找出存在的问题,提出改进管理的措施,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法采用现场抽样方法对和平区共21所各级医疗机构的手术室进行监测与调查。结果 2007—2011年,紫外线灯、使用中消毒剂、物体表面、医护人员手、Ⅰ、Ⅱ类环境空气监测合格率分别为86.4%、100.0%、100.0%、95.1%、93.4%、94.9%。结论该区近5 a手术室消毒灭菌质量较好,但医疗机构的紫外线灯、医护人员手和室内空气的消毒质量还应重点关注,必须改善和提高。

Investigation on disinfection and sterilization quality of operating room in medical institutions in Heping District of Tianjin

[Objective] To study the current situation of disinfection and sterilization quality in operating rooms,as well as the management level of nosocomial infection in medical institutions in Heping District of Tianjin,find out the existing problems,propose improving measures,and provide evidence for developing the control measures.[Methods]By using the field sampling,the operating rooms in 21 medical institutions in Heping District were monitored and investigated.[Results] During 2007-2011,the qualified rate of ultraviolet lamps,disinfectants in use,object surface,hands of medical staff,ⅠandⅡtype indoor air was 86.4%,100.0%,100.0%,95.1%,93.4% and 94.9% respectively.[Conclusion]The disinfection and sterilization quality of operating rooms are good in recent 5 years in Heping District.However,the disinfection quality of ultraviolet lamps,hands of medical staff,and indoor air in medical institutions should be improved.
