摘    要:目的了解入伍新兵人群解脲脲原体(Uu)IgG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防Uu感染及其引发的相关疾病提供科学依据。方法采用血清流行病学调查方法,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术,对北京军区后勤部来自16个省市的364名入伍新兵血清进行Uu IgG抗体检测并进行统计分析。结果从2001—2008年期间入伍的364名新兵调查结果发现,新兵人群中存在Uu阳性者6例,各年阳性率范围为0~4.44%,平均阳性率为1.65%;仅在来自广东省(8.70%)、云南省(4.55%)、山东省(4.35%)、浙江省(4.35%)和内蒙古自治区(4.35%)的新兵中检出抗体阳性者,其余各省未检出。入伍前工作与否,抗体阳性检出率差别无统计学意义。结论目前,入伍新兵身体健康检查Uu抗体检出率较低,但还应采取加强检疫和健康教育等有效预防措施。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the epidemiological distribution of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) IgG among recruits,provide scientific evidence for further prevention and control of Uu infection.Methods]A sero-epidemiological survey was conducted by using Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay(ELISA),the serum samples of 364 recruits who came from 16 provinces were tested to detect Uu IgG,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results]There were 6 positive cases of anti-Uu IgG among 364 recruits who enlisted during 2001-2008,the annual positive rate ranged from 0 to 4.44%,and the average positive rate was 1.65%.The positive anti-Uu IgG was detected in recruits from Guangdong(8.70%),Yunnan(4.55%),Shandong(4.35%),Zhejiang(4.35%) and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(4.35%),and recruits from other provinces were not found.There was no significant difference in positive rate between different occupation backgrounds before their recruitment.Conclusion]At present,the positive rate of anti-Uu IgG is low among recruits.However,it is necessary to carry out the effective preventive measures of quarantine inspection and health education.
