| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨机械通气在急性左心衰竭中的应用价值。方法 :2 1例患者 2 5次重度急性左心衰竭发作 ,在常规治疗的基础上 ,加用机械通气治疗。结果 :应用机械通气的患者 ,治疗左心衰竭的有效率 96 % ,死亡 5例 (2 3.8% ) ,1例死于左心衰竭 ,4例死于其他原因 ;17例常规治疗的患者 ,死亡12例 (70 .6 % ) ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :重度急性左心衰竭时 ,机械通气治疗效果显著

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of mechanical ventilation in patients with severe acute left heart failure. Methods: 21 patients with 25 episodes of severe acute heart failure received mechanical ventilation on the basis of routine treatment. Results: Effective rate of severe acute left heart failure in mechanical ventilation group was 96%, 5 patients died ( 23.8% ). 1 patient died from left heart failure, 4 patients died from other reasons. While in 17 cases of routine treatment group, 12 patients died ( 70.6% ) ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation showed notably effective in treating patients with severe acute left heart failure. |
