| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对经皮肾穿刺活检术患者术后排便情况的影响.方法 将80例经皮肾穿刺活检术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组仅行一般健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施术前、术中、术后全程护理干预.比较2组术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组.结论 全程护理干预能有效改善患者术后的排尿情况,减少排尿异常并发症,值得在临床中推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on voiding effect in patients after percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods 80 cases of patients after percutaneous renal biopsy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 patients in each group. The control group only received general health education, while the observation group was given specialist care measures pre, during and post operation. The complication after operation was compared between the two groups. Results Postoperative complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The whole process nursing intervention can alleviate voiding effect, reduce postoperative complications, and is worthy of clinical application. |
