大鼠腹腔海水浸泡时间与死亡率的关系

目的 观察海水浸泡大鼠腹腔对大鼠急性死亡的影响,分析浸泡时间与死亡率的关系。方法:选取SD大鼠40只,随机分为对照组(等渗盐水腹腔浸泡组)及海水腹腔浸泡组,每组20只,观察腹腔浸泡后大鼠急性死亡情况。结果:对照组持续浸泡2小时均无死亡,海水腹腔浸泡组持续浸泡67min50％大鼠急性死亡,浸泡95min全部急性死亡。结论:海水腹腔浸泡可以引起大鼠急性死亡,死亡率随着海水浸泡时间的延长而增高。

Effect of Celiac Seawater Immersion on Mortality in Rats wit h Open Abdominal Wound

Objectives To observe the effect of celiac seawater immersion on the mortality in the rats with open abdominal wound and analyse the relationship between the immersion time and the mortality. Methods Forty SD rats in whom the open abdominal wound were made by the operation were randomly divided into the control group(celiac physiological saline immersion group) and celiac seawater immersion group. The mortality in both the groups were observed respectively during the immersion period. Results None of the rats in the control group died during the immersion lasting two hours. Half the rats in the celiac seawater immersion group died when the immersion lasted 67 minutes and all the rats died within 95 minutes of the seawater immersion. Difference in the mortality between both the groups was very significant ( P<0.001). Conclusions The celiac seawater immersion can produce acute death of rats with open ad-bominal woumd.The longer the time of celiac seawater immersion is,the higher the acute mortality is in the rats with open abdominal wound.
