小儿消化性溃疡的X线诊断

目的 探讨小儿消化性溃疡的X线诊断价值。方法 对128例小儿消化性溃疡进行胃肠钡餐检查及摄片，采用多体位及充盈后适当加压，分析其X线表现。其中76例进行随访。结果 128例中，胃溃疡20例（16％），十二指肠溃疡105例（82％），胃、十二指肠复合性溃疡3例（2％）。胃溃疡龛影切线位呈小锥形，十二指肠溃疡呈小圆形或卵圆形，幽门管多痉挛。结论 钡餐检查是小儿消化性溃疡的主要检查手段。早期发现，及时诊治有利于龛影的愈合及胃、十二指肠外形的恢复，对降低溃疡病发病率具有重要意义。

X-ray diagnosis and follow-up of children with peptic ulcer

ObjectiveTo discuss the valuation of X-ray diagnosis for children peptic ulcer.Methods128 cases of children peptic ulcer were performed barium meal of gastrointestinal tract and filmed,and then X-ray sign were analysed.76 cases were follow-up.ResultsAmong 128 cases,20 cases(16%) had gastric ulcer,106 cases(82%) had duodenal ulcer,3 cases(2%) had both of them.The shape of gastric ulcer showed subulifrom,duodenal ulcer showed small roundness or oval,canal spasm.ConclusionsBarium meal is the major examination for children peptic ulcer.Early discovery and timely therapy is crucial to the healing up of niche,the recovery of gastric or duodenal ulcer and the decrease of ulcer incidence.
