影响老年慢性疾病患者睡眠质量的相关因素调查与分析

目的:了解影响老年慢性疾病患者睡眠质量的因素,为制定有效护理措施促进康复提供参考.方法:抽取住院患者200例,采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评定患者的睡眠状况.连续调查5 d.该量表共有10个项目.每个项目分5等级评分(1～5).评分越高说明睡眠问题越严重.SRSS的主要统计指标是总分和每个项目得分(因子分).所有被调查者在统一的指示下填写问卷,所得数据输入电脑用SPSS软件处理.结果:各因子≥3分者的人数为110人(55.84%);有127例患者有1次以上睡眠被迫中断的经历,占总调查例数的64.6%;睡眠被迫中断的原因列为患者病情与住院环境因素两大类,其中环境因素又包括医务人员行为、病房内外环境因素、陪人行为以及其他患者行为所产生的影响,统计197例患者因以上原因而产生的睡眠被迫中断次数为301次.结论:及时改善病情-促进良好的睡眠-病情尽早痊愈这个良性循环过程,并加强管理,给患者创造一个良好的睡眠环境,使患者的需要及时得到满足,促进其健康的恢复.

Investigation and analysis of the related factors affecting sleep quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases
