２３４例老年眼眶肿瘤的临床分析

目的：了解老年眼眶肿瘤疾病构成及分布情况。方法：回顾性分析北京武警总医院眼眶病研究所２００３年１０月～２００８年１０月，经病理诊断的２３４例６０岁以上眼眶肿瘤患者的临床资料，统计病变性质及比例，按年龄分组，统计两个年龄段最常见的良、恶性肿瘤。结果：良性肿瘤１３９例，占５９.４％，恶性肿瘤９５例，占４０.６％，良性肿瘤前３位分别是脉管源性肿瘤、眼眶炎性病变及神经源性肿瘤。恶性肿瘤前３位分别是恶性淋巴瘤、继发性肿瘤和泪腺上皮性恶性肿瘤。６０～７０岁最常见良性肿瘤海绵状血管瘤，７０岁以上最常见良性肿瘤是眼眶炎症，两个年龄段最常见恶性肿瘤均为恶性淋巴瘤。结论：老年眼眶肿瘤恶性比例大，恶性淋巴瘤为最常见眼眶恶性肿瘤，随年龄增大发病率有增高趋势。

Orbital tumor in old age:a clinical study on 234 patients

Objective：To investigate the classification and distribution of orbital tumors in old age.Methods：A retrospective review of 234 patients with orbital tumor identified by pathological examination at Armed Police General Hospital of Beijing from October 1,2003 to October 1,2008.the number and percentage of benign and malignant tumors were accounted.The most common tumors in different age groups were determined.Results：Benign orbital tumors were 59.4%.The 3 leading benign orbital tumors were the vascular tumors,the orbital inflammation and the neurogenic tumors. Malignant orbital tumors were 40. 6%. The top 3 malignant tumors were malignant lymphoma, secondary tumors and malignant lacrimal gland epithelial tumors. Cavernous hemangioma and orbital inflammation were the most common benign tumors respectively of two age groups of 60-70 years and more 70 years. Malignant lymphoma was the most common malignant tumor in two age groups. Conclusion：The percentage of malignant tumors raise up in old age. Malignant lymphoma is the most common malignant tumor, which increased with age.
