切开复位内固定治疗复杂型桡骨远端骨折疗效分析

目的：探讨应用切开复位内固定术与手法整复治疗B型和C型桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：对山西省朔州市人民医院1994年1月至2004年7月AO分类为B型和C型的49例桡骨远端骨折患者，分为手术组和非手术组。手术组按AO内固定原则并根据桡骨的解剖外形，使用内固定治疗；非手术组采用手法整复和石膏外固定治疗。从影像学、术后腕关节功能恢复、术后并发症等方面比较两组的差异。结果：随访9个月～2年，参照X线片测量指标进行综合评定，手术组优良率为86．3％，非手术组优良率为37％；采用腕关节功能评分，手术组优良率为77．3％，非手术组优良率为40．7％。结论：手术治疗B型和C型桡骨远端骨折能够恢复桡骨远端解剖形态，有利于患肢腕关节功能恢复，减少术后并发症发生，
