肠切除并Ⅰ期肠吻合术治疗急性左半结肠完全性梗阻48例临床分析

本文对1990年1月至1997年7月收治的急性左半结肠完全性梗阻患者48例施行肠切除并Ⅰ期肠吻合术。手术效果较好，仅3例发生肠瘘、4例伤口感染、2例死亡，平均住院天数为13.5天，比传统的分期手术缩短7-10天，Ⅰ期愈合率为81.25%。作者认为，肠切除并Ⅰ期肠吻合术值得临床应用和推广。

ACUTE COMPLETE OBSTRUCTION OF LEFT COLON TREATED WITH SINGLE STAGE RESECTION AND ANASTOMOSIS:48 CASES REPORT

48 patients with acute complete obstruction of the left colon were treated with single stage colectomy cind anastomosis from January 1990 to July 1997 . The result showed that there were only 3 cases complicated with intestinal fistula, 4 cases with wound infection and 2 cases died. The average hospitaliza-tion time was 13.5 days, which was 7-10 days shorter than the traditional operation by stages, the primary healing rate was 81. 25 % . It was demonstrated that colectomy and single stage intestinal anastomosis was an operation deserved to be popularized and recommended in clinical work.
