| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2型糖尿病对冠状动脉闭塞后侧支循环形成的影响。方法：93例冠状动脉闭塞病变的患者．分为合并糖尿病组（n=44）和非糖尿病组（n=49）。通过冠状动脉造影分析两组冠脉病变的特点，采用侧支动脉记分法评估两组侧支循环的发育。结果：糖尿病组病变血管数较对照组明显增多，钙化病变、弥漫病变、小血管病变也较非糖尿病患者明显增多（P〈0．05）；糖尿病患者侧支血管记分较对照组显著减低（P〈0．01）。结论：2型糖尿病患者侧支循环发育不良，糖尿病妨碍冠脉侧支血管新生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus on coronary collateral circulation in coronary artery disease. Methods: Ninety-three patients with coronary artery occlusion who underwent coronary angiography were classified into 2 groups which included DM (n=44) and control groups (n=49). Coronary angiograms were accessed. Collateral circulation was graded according to contina scoring system. Results: The numbers of vasculopathy calcification diffused lesion, and small vessels lesion were higher in DM group than that in non-DM control groap(P < 0.05). The score in DM cas lower then that in control(P < 0.01). Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes mellitus restrains the formation of collateral circulation. |
