| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)与冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度的相关性。方法对93名可疑冠心病患者进行双侧颈总动脉IMT检测,结合冠脉造影结果进行对比研究,同时对合并糖尿病、高血压病患者及其各自对照组进行比较。结果与对照组相比,1支冠脉病变组IMT明显增厚(P<0.05),2支病变组IMT显著大于1支病变组(P<0.05),3支病变组IMT明显大于2支病变组(P<0.05)。高血压痛、糖尿病患者IMT显著高于其各自对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉IMT增厚与冠脉病变严重程度关系密切,可作为预测冠脉粥样硬化病变程度和进展的可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the associations between carotid intinia-media thickness and coronary artery atherosclerosis assessed by ultrasound.Methods Angiographic results of 93 patients with chest pain were studied,and their carotid IMT were measured by B-mode ultrasound. Results The IMT of the patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that of their own control group( P < 0.05). Furthermore,the IMT became much higher along with the developing of the coronary artery atherosclerosis.
