一种治疗膝骨性关节炎新型艾灸器具的设计

膝骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA），又称膝退行性骨关节病，是一种常见的关节软骨变性和缺失为特征的关节疾病，以膝关节慢性疼痛和功能障碍为主要临床表现。目前对本病的治疗方法很多，但该病确切病因仍不明确，各种疗法的治疗效果不肯定，远期疗效差。艾灸是一种使用燃烧后的艾条悬灸人体穴位的疗法，多项研究证实，艾灸治疗KOA效果确切。但是艾灸治疗KOA的操作较为复杂，对操作者要求较高，因而限制了这种治疗方法的普及。本文介绍了艾灸的治疗原理，设计了通过对膝关节进行艾灸，以治疗KOA的新型艾灸器具。

However, the complex operation of moxibusting KOA and strict requirements for the operator limits the popularity of this treatment. This article describes the principles of moxibustion treatment, designes a new type of apparatus with moxibustion on knee joints to treat KOA.
