| 摘 要： | 目的：建立头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠中高分子杂质含量测定方法。方法：以交联葡聚糖凝胶SephadexG-10(粒度40-120μm)为凝胶柱；洗脱剂为PH=7．0的0．01mol／L磷酸盐缓冲液；洗脱速度1．0ml／min；用BP9300-B型高分子杂质分析仪检测。结果：头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠中高分子杂质的分离令人满意。结论：头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠中高分子杂质的含量测定方法可行。
