| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈动脉粥样斑块的性质与脑梗死发生的相关性，以期达到早期防治，减少脑梗死的发病率，提高全民生活质量。方法脑梗死患者作为研究组60例，以年龄和性别相匹配的健康体检者60例作为对照组，1周内进行颈部血管彩色超声检查，测定颈动脉硬化斑数量及回声特征。结果颈动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑与缺血性脑血管病相关，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论颈动脉粥样硬化斑的不稳定性是导致脑梗死的重要病因。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the quality of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and prevalence of cerebral infarction in order to intervene early,reduce the morbidity of cerebral infarction and improve people's living quality.Methods The 60 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as observation group and 60 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The carotid color ultrasonogaphy was used to measure the numbers,properties and stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Results... |
