| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨正常人群中人巨细胞病毒（Ｈｕｍａｎ Ｃｙｔｏｍｅｇａｌｏｖｉｒｕｓ，ＨＣＭＶ） 的感染状况。方法：按常规方式提取幼儿园正常儿童的尿标本ＤＮＡ，以特异性的ＨＣＭＶＤＮＡ引物，用多聚酶链反应方法进行检测。结果：在所检测的７２ 例武汉地区幼儿园正常儿童中，查出ＨＣＭＶ ＤＮＡ阳性者３９ 例，占５４－２ ％ ，在小于２ 岁与大于２ 岁两个年龄组之间，阳性检出率差异有显著性（ 分别为３４－４ ％ 和７０．０％ ，Ｐ＜０－００５） ，而２ 个年龄组间男女之间的检出率无差异。结论：提示在人群中与排毒者密切接触是儿童感染ＨＣＭＶ 的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Objective:This experiment is aimed to explore the infectious status of human cytomegalovirus among normal children in kindergarten in Wuhan.Material and Methods:We extracted the urine DNA with routine method,polymerase chain reaction was done with primer of HCMV was designed for specific reverse region of gH.Results:72 cases were examined and the positive rate was 54.2%.There was significant difference between groups less 2 years olds and older than 2 years olds(34.3% and 70.0%,respectively),but no difference among groups of sexes different.Conclusin:These results suggested that the main pathway of HCMV infection is closely in contact with virus carriers. |
