硒对大鼠胃癌时脑垂体ACTH阳性细胞的影响

摘    要:目的 观察硒在预防大鼠实验性胃癌过程中垂体远侧部 ACTH细胞的免疫组织化学变化。方法 用断乳雄性 Wistar大鼠 30只 ,分为盐水对照组 N-甲基 - N -硝基 - N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)组和 Se+MNNG组 ,每组 1 0只。用免疫组织化学、图像分析和形态计量方法观察大鼠脑垂体 ACTH细胞。结果 补硒组大鼠 ACTH细胞的面数密度减小 ,免疫反应减弱 ,与 MNNG组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,与对照组相比略有增加 ,但无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5)。 MNNG组大鼠 ACTH细胞的面数密度增大 ,免疫反应增强 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 硒在预防大鼠实验性胃癌过程中 ,可能参与了垂体远侧部 ACTH细胞功能的调节。

Abstract:Objective:Immunohistochemical changes of ACTH positive cells in pars distarlis of pituitary were studied in prevention against experimental gastric carcinoma of rats by Se. Methods: Thirty weaning Wistar male rats were divided into saline control, MNNG group, Se supplementation group before MNNG gavage. ACTH positive cells in pars distarlis of pituitary gland were observed using immunohistochemical method. Results:Compared with MNNG group, the numerical area density and positive staining intensity of ACTH cells in pars distarlis of Se supplemented rat pituitary gland significantly reduced (P<0.05), but different in comparison with control insignificantly (P>0.05). The numerical area density and positive staining intensity of ACTH cells in MNNG group increased, significantly as compared with control (P<0.05). [WT5,5”FZ]Conclusion: The results indicated that Se might participate in the functional regulation of pituitary ACTH cells in prevention against experimental gastric carcinoma of rats.
