脑梗塞合并心衰、酸碱平衡紊乱的治疗体会

目的:探讨脑梗塞合并心力衰竭、酸碱平衡紊乱的临床治疗体会。方法:对36例脑梗塞合并心力衰竭、酸碱平衡紊乱的病例治疗经过及结果进行回顾分析,总结脑梗塞病人在治疗过程中出现脑水肿与酸碱平衡紊乱、心力衰竭相互加重病人病情及治疗措施。结果:36例经适当治疗后,存活32例,神经功能恢复状况较为理想。结论:脑梗塞合并心力衰竭、酸碱平衡紊乱的病人,在治疗原发病的过程中,必须兼顾各种合并症,以及合并症可能造成的危害,才能达到治疗的目的。

The treating realization of Cerebral infarction with heart failure,high blood pressure andInternal environment disorder

Objective: to explore the methods and techniques of treating process of Cerebral infarction with heart failure,internal environment disorders.Methods: In the project,the treating process and results of the 36 cases of Cerebral infarction with heart failure.High blood pressure and internal environment disorders will be recalled and analyzed and the solving project of the contradiction of the phenomenon of High blood pressure,encephaledema and heart failure during the course of the treatment of cases of Cerebral infarction with heart failure.Results:It is very desirable that 32 cases survived out of 36 of whose recovering conditions of nerve functions are good.Conclusion: the treatment of the Cerebral infarction with heart failure focuses on controlling encephaledema,together with the treatment of Heart failure and dehydration which is treated with Furosemide Inj and assistant of mannitol.at the same time,we should take everything into consideration in order to have better treatment.
