血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C与高血压颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C水平与高血压颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:选取确定诊断的原发性高血压住院患者84例,同期住我院耳鼻喉科排除高血压的患者80例作为对照组,检验血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C含量,颈动脉超声测量颈动脉内一中膜厚度(IMT)和斑块指标。结果:高血压组同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C和颈动脉IMT明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关分析显示血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C与颈动脉IMT及斑块指数呈正相关(同型半光氨酸r=0.294,胱抑素C r=0.571)。结论:同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C可能与血压升高协同加重血管损伤,促进动脉粥样硬化。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the correlation among serum homocysteine(Hcy),Cystatin C(Cys C),hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:Selected 84 inpatients who diagnosed with essential hypertension,and 80 inpatients excluding hypertensive of ear-nose-throat department with the corresponding period in our hospital as control group.Surveyed their serum Hcy,Cys C content and ultrasound examination of carotid artery which can measure intima-media thickness(IMT) and plaque index of atherosclerosis.Results:Serum Hcy,Cys C content and carotid artery IMT level of hypertension group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).On spearman correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlation between Hcy,Cys C and carotid artery IMT.Conclusion:Hcy、Cys C may be associated with essential hypertension synergistic aggravate vascular injury,promote atherosclerosis
