个体化微创穿刺清除血肿治疗高血压脑出血

目的:探讨个体化应用微创穿刺清除术治疗高血压脑出血颅内血肿的方案.方法:经CT确诊的高血压脑出血患者346例,床边局部麻醉下快速实施颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术.个体化治疗分5种方案:①颅内血肿单针穿刺；②颅内血肿双针穿刺；③单侧脑室引流；④颅内血肿穿刺并单侧脑室引流；⑤双侧脑室引流并脑脊液置换.结果:346例患者中抢救成功295例,51例死亡,抢救成功率85.3％.结论:微创穿刺治疗高血压脑出血的个体化方案简单实用,可操作性强.

Eliminating intracranial hematoma by individualized minimal invasive puncture in treatment of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the scheme of eliminating intracranial hematoma by individualized minimal invasive puncture in treatment of intracranial haematoma.Methods:Minimal invasive puncture were carried out under bedside local anesthesia for eliminating intracranial haematoma in 346 cases diagnosed with hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage by CT.Individualized treatment was divided into 5 scheme: single needle puncture,double needle puncture,single ventricle drainage, intracranial haematoma puncture together with single ventricle drainage,and double ventricle drainage together with cerebrospinal fluid replacement.Results:Two hundred and ninety-five cases were successfully rescued,51 cases died.The survival rate was 85.3%.Conclusions:Treatment with minimal invasive puncture in hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage is simple and practical.
