摘    要:目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)心脏骤停(CPA)患者院前急救程序和措施,分析影响救治成功率的因素,以提高院前急救成功率.方法:回顾性分析近5年由我市120急救中心接诊的87例AMI并CPA患者的院前急救资料.结果:本组救治成功率为16.1%.院前救治成功率的主要影响因素为有效的心肺复苏、年龄、早期气管插管、及时电击除颤等(P<0.05).结论:急救常识的普及、完善的急救网络配置、快速有效的院前急救流程和规范化救治措施,可提高AMI并CPA患者的救治成功率.

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the pre-hospital emergency salvage procedures and countermeasures for patients with cardiopulmonary arrest from acute myocardial infarction (AMI),and analyze the correlative factors influenced on the success ratio of salvage,so that to improve the success ratio of the pre-hospital emergency salvage.Methods:The pre-hospital emergency data of 87 cases with cardiopulmonary arrest from AMI were analyzed retrospectively in recent 5 years.Results:The success ratio of salvage was 16.1%.The main influencing factors were effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation,age,and early endotracheal intubation,timely defibrillation by electric shock,and etc (P<0.05).Conclusions:Popularization of knowledge of emergency salvage, reasonable emergency networks,immediate and efficient pre-hospital emergency salvage procedures,and standardization of emergency measures could improve the success ratio of salvage in patients with cardiopulmonary arrest from AMI.
