幽门螺杆菌感染的胃粘膜病变中c-met、PCNA与CD44v6间关系研究

目的 研究幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染后胃粘膜病变中c-met基因蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及CD44x45的表达及三者间关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测经病理证实的114例不同胃粘膜病变c-met、PC-NA、CD44v6基因表达；快速脲酶法和W-S法检测HP感染。结果 HP阳性与HP阴性相比较c-met，PCNA与CD44v6均有显著升高。HP感染的胃粘膜病中，c-met基因蛋白与CD44v6的表达之间有显著正相关，PCNA与CD44v6之间也有显著正相关且与胃粘膜增殖程度有关。结论 HP感染促进了胃粘膜病变的发生发展过程，且促进了胃粘膜癌前病变向癌转变过程中相关癌基因的表达。HP感染使相关癌基因之间具有了一定的相关性。

The relationship among c-met oncogene,CD44v6 oncogene with PCNA in HP infected patients

Objective To determine the relationship among c-met,CD44v6 oncogene with proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in Helicobacter Pylori(HP) infected gastric mucosal lesions.Methods Expression of c-met and PCNA were studied in 114 gastric mucosal lesions by using immunohistochemistry.HP was examined by both Warthin-starry method and RUT.Results Patients HP positive compare to patients HP negative,the expression of c-met,PCNA and CD44v6 has a significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Expression of c-met and CD44v6 were correlated significantly in HP infected patients(rs=0.4779,P<0.01).Conclusion HP may promote the process of gastric mucosal lesions Hp infection may activate the expression of c-met,PCNA and CD44v6 in precarcinoma and cause some oncogene correlated.
