口腔毛滴虫合并齿龈内阿米巴寄生对口腔疾病致病作用的探讨

目的:为了探讨口腔毛滴虫合并齿龈内阿米巴寄生对缘龈炎、口腔溃疡等口腔疾病致病作用的影响,对因缘龈炎、口腔溃疡等多种常见口腔疾病就医的口腔科门诊患者894人以及选择99年新入学大学生941人作为正常对照组进行口腔毛滴虫和齿龈内阿米巴的联合检测。方法:对临床明确诊断的缘龈炎、口腔溃疡等多种常见口腔疾病患者894人及大学生对照组均采用牙垢、渗出物等取材作生理盐水涂片,镜检口腔毛滴虫和齿龈内阿米巴。结果:缘龈炎、口腔溃疡等口腔疾病组,口腔毛滴虫和齿龈内阿米巴同时合并寄生的平均阳性检出率为30.87％（276/894）,明显高于正常对照组0.74％（7/941）。经统计学处理差异显著（x2=31.77 P<0.001）。结论:必须重视口腔毛滴虫和齿龈内阿米巴同时合并寄生对缘龈炎、口腔溃疡等口腔疾病致病作用的影响,建议缘龈炎、口腔溃疡等口腔疾病患者在病因诊断和治疗的同时,注意口腔毛滴虫和齿龈内阿米巴的检测与治疗,有利于患者迅速痊愈。

Study of pathogenic affect of Iral disease in mixed para sitism of trichomonas tenax and entamoeba gingivalis

Aim: Study on pathogenic affect of oral disease in mixed parasitism of tri-chorrionas tenax and Entamoeba gingivalis. Methods: Me investigated 894 outpatients in department of stomatology suffering from marginal gingivitis and oral ulcer etc and 941 students in normal control group with the smear method of normal saline. Results: The average positive detective rate of oral disease group was 30. 87% (276/894). The positive detective rate was obviously higher than that in normal control group (0. 74% , 7/941). There was a significant difference in the statistics (x2 = 31. 77, P<0. 001). Conclusion: Conventional examination of Trichomonas tenas and Entamoeba gingivalis in marginal gingivalis and oral ulcer etc is necessary in the meantime.
