蟾酥不同干燥方法比较研究

目的:研究不同干燥方法对蟾酥药材质量的影响。方法:以水分含量和三种蟾毒配基类成分脂蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基、蟾毒灵的含量为指标,检测室内避光阴干、室内晾晒、室外晒干、45℃烘干、80℃烘干五种不同干燥方法对蟾酥质量的影响。结果:室内阴干、室内晾晒、室外晒干5 d后,水分达到《中国药典》要求,45℃烘干、80℃烘干干燥的样品分别于48 h、12 h达到要求;不同干燥方法的蟾酥中脂蟾毒配基和华蟾酥毒基总量都大于6.0%,且室内阴干室内晾晒阳光晾晒恒温45℃恒温80℃。结论:综合考虑蟾毒配基类成分含量、成本及操作难易度等因素,蟾酥的干燥宜采用室内避光阴干的方法。

Comparative Study of Different Drying Methods of Bufonis Venenum

Objective：To study effect of different drying methods on Bufonis Venenum. Methods：Bufonis Venenum was dried by the following methods,sunshine drying,room temperature drying,shade drying,oven dry- ing at 45℃and 80℃,then the contents of water and three bufadienolide were used to the main indicators for comparing different dehydrations. Results：The contents of water which dried by sunshine drying,room temperature drying and shade drying to reach the criteria of Chinese pharmacopoeia need 5 days,but oven drying at 45 ℃ needs 48 hours and oven drying at 80 ℃ needs 12 hours. The contents of resibufogenin and cinobufagin in Bufonis Venenurn was dried with different dehydrations is more than 6% ,and shade dry_ ing〉room temperature drying〉sunshine drying 〉oven drying at 45 ℃〉oven drying at 80 ℃. Conclusion： Shade drying is the most appropriate for drying of Bufonis Venenum,in consideration of factors of the contents of water and three bufadienolides,the cost and processing method.
