原发性胰腺癌中p16蛋白表达状况的研究

目的:探讨p16蛋白与原发性胰腺癌发生及其临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测28例胰腺癌组织及相应癌旁组织中p16蛋白表达状况,并结合临床参数进行分析。结果:28例原发性胰腺癌的癌组织及癌旁组织p16蛋白阳性表达率分别为57.1 %(16/28)和85.7 %(24/28),癌组织中p16蛋白阳性表达率与组织学分化(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移(P<0.05)、转移淋巴结个数(P<0.05)及临床病理分期(P<0.05)密切相关。结论:p16蛋白失表达与原发性胰腺癌的发生密切相关,可作为评估胰腺癌恶性程度及其侵袭能力的一个有价值的指标,发生p16蛋白失表达的胰腺癌预后不良。

THE STUDY ON EXPRESSION OF p16 PROTEIN IN PRIMARY PANCREATIC CARCINOMA

Objective:To study the relationship between p16protein and carcinogenesis of primary pancreatic carcinoma as well as its cilinical parameters.Methods:The expression of p16protein was exam-ined by immunohistochemistry technique in28cases of pancreatic carcinoma and28normal tissues adja-cent to carcinoma respectively,and the relationship between the results of detection and the cilinical pa-rameters was analysed.Results:The p16protein positive rate was57.1%(16/28)in pancreatic carcinoma and85.7%(24/28)in normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma respectively.In pancreatic carcinoma,the p16positive rate was closely correlated with histologic grade(P<0.05),lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),the number of metastastic lymph node(P<0.05)and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:p16protein plays an important role in carcinogenesis of primay pancreatic carcinoma.Absence of p16protein indicates strong malignant potential and poor prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma.
