宁夏包虫病高危病区农村居民防治知识及相关行为调查

目的了解宁夏包虫病高危病区农村居民对包虫病的认知以及相关行为、生活方式状况,为制定合理的健康教育以及防控措施提供科学的依据。方法选取宁夏西吉县六个重度包虫病流行乡,在每个乡按单纯随机抽样法随机抽取两个村。采用自行编制的调查表,深入农民家询问关于包虫病生活史及传播知识,并收集可能与罹患包虫病有关的生活方式及行为资料。结果共调查居民555户,555人,年龄在16岁以上,各年龄段平均分布,居民对于包虫病一些感性的认识知晓率较高,但是对于传播链等防治问题的知晓率低,不知道如何使自己免于感染。居民存在着易感包虫病的危险行为,大部分家庭养狗,普遍存在着家庭分散屠宰,用未经处理的动物内脏喂狗的行为也很常见。结论应该加强对农村居民尤其是高危病区包虫病相关防治知识和正确行为的健康教育并纳入包虫病综合防治规划中,使之长期化、系统化。

Study on Prevention Knowledge and Related Behavior of Hydatid Disease in Rural Area Residents in Xiji County

Objective To understand the knowledge rate,related behavior and life style on Hydatid disease in rural residents of Xiji,Ningxia and to provide evidence and basis for making proper measure of health education,prevention and control on Hydatid disease.Methods Six heavy epidemic towns were randomly selected and then 2 villages were randomly selected from every town.Hydatid disease knowledge,related behavior and life style of residents were investigated Using self-making questionnaires.Results 555 subjects surveyed distributed in every age group above 16 yeas old averagely.Subjects had high knowledge relatively towards some surface problem,but have low knowledge about the disease transmitted circles,so didn't know how to keep themselves from be infected;there existed high risk behavior such as playing with dog,killing animals in house and throwing organs directly to dogs.Conclusion It is necessary for government to strengthen health education on hydatid disease in rural place especially in high risk areas,to emphasis on prevention knowledge and right behavior,to include the health education in the control strategies.
