| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小脑桥脑角巨大型肿瘤显微手术策略，以提高巨大型小脑桥脑角脑膜瘤的手术疗效。方法 分析15例大型小脑桥脑角脑膜瘤手术入路，术中技巧。结果 15例均获全切除，死亡率6.6％，面神经功能保留率80％,听神经功能保留率60％。随访3月至8年均恢复日常生活，未见复发。结论 合理的手术入路和术中技巧，巨大型小脑桥脑角脑膜瘤显微手术治疗效果是好的。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the microsurgical resection of giant meningioma in the cerebello-pontine angle so as to improve recovery rate for giant meningioma of the cerebello-pontine angle. Methods A retrospective analysis of the operational technique and approach was made on giant meningioma resection of the cerebello-pontine angle. Results 15 cases underwent total removals of giant meningioma of the cerebello-pontine angle, with the mortality 6.6 %, reservation rate of facial nerves 80% and reservation rate of acoustic nerves 80 %. The patients resumed to normal life by three months to eight years follow-up after operation, no recurrence occurred. Conclusion The reasonable operative approach and techniques are promising for total removal of giant meningioma in the cerebello-pontine angle. |
