| 摘 要： | 我们采用 OKT 系列抗人淋巴细胞单克隆抗体,通过间接免疫荧光法,观察了30例再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)患者外周血及骨髓单个核细胞中淋巴细胞亚群的分布特点。在30例患者中25例外周血 OKT_4细胞减少,OKT_8细胞增加,OKT_4/OKT_6减低,其中21例 OKT_4/OKT_8倒置。25例患者骨髓单个核细胞中 OKT_4/OKT_8低于正常对照组。结果表明,部分再障病人存在免疫异常,而且再障的发病机制是复杂的。测定再障患者骨髓中 OKT_4/OKT_8不如外周血意义大。

| Abstract: | Lymphocyte subsets were measured in the peripheral blood and the bone marrow of 30 patients with aplastic anemia,with monoclonal antibodies OKT_3,OKT_4,OKT_8,through indirect immunofluorescence. In the blood of 25/30 cases,the percentage of OKT_4 lymphoid cells was decreased and the percentage of OKT_8 lymphoid cells was increased in comparison with normol control(P<0.001).The OK_4/OKT_8 was significantly decreased in 25/30 cases in comparison with that in normal population.A reversed ratio was present in 21/25 patients.The OKT_4/ OKT_8 in the patients bone marrow was lower than that of the normal population(P<0.01). These results indicated that the disorder of the immune system was ind- eed present in some patients with aplastic anemia.And the mechanism of aplastic anemia was complicated.The value of measuring the T_4/T_8 in the bone marrow was not greater than that in the peripheral blood. |
