疝气患者无张力补片修补法治疗效果观察

目的探讨无张力补片修补法治疗疝气的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2010年8月—2012年3月期间收治的疝气患者100例,随机分为2组,每组有患者50例,I组患者均在局部麻醉下行无张力补片修补术,II组患者均在硬膜外麻醉下行无张力补片修补术,观察2组患者的治疗效果、术后下床时间、手术费用、住院时间,跟踪随访1年,调查2组患者的预后恢复情况。结果 2组患者均治愈出院,均未出现围术期死亡病例,I组患者的术后下床时间、手术费用、住院时间均明显少于II组,出院1年后2组患者的预后恢复情况均比较良好,均未复发疝气。结论无张力补片修补法治疗疝气具有良好临床治疗效果,术前应尽量采用局部麻醉。

No observed tension patch therapy effect of hernia patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free repair repair method for treating hernia piece. Methods In our hospital in 2010 August to 2012 year in March during the years of hernia in 100 patients, were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group has 50 patients, I group of patients under local anaesthesia in tension-free mesh repair, II group of patients in the epidural anesthesia in tension-free mesh repair, observe 2 groups treatment of patients, postoperative time, operation costs, time of hospitalization, follow-up 1 years, 2 patients investigated prognostic recovery. Results 2 patients were cured and discharged, there was no perioperative death in patients in the I group, the postoperative time, operation expenses, hospitalization were significantly less than group II, was discharged after 1 years with 2 groups of patients were good recovery, no recurrence of hernia. Conclusion The tension-free hernia patch therapy has good clinical effect, preoperative should try to use local anesthesia.
