38例腰椎退变性滑脱不稳的诊断与治疗

目的研究椎弓根钉棒内固定、椎间植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱不稳效果。方法对2010年2月—2012年12月我院骨科收治的38例腰椎退变性滑脱不稳患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例术后均回访6~24个月,平均回访时间20个月。优:20例。良:15例。差:3例。治疗总有效率为92.1%。结论对于腰椎退变性滑脱,应用椎弓根钉棒内固定、椎间植骨融合术治疗,疗效良好,值得推广应用。

Diagnosis and treatment of 38 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis instability

Objective To study the pedicle screw fixation, interbody fusion for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis instability. 38 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis. Methods From 2010 February to 2012 December in our hospital were admitted to Department of orthopedics instability were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were follow-up 6 to 24 months, average follow-up time of 20 months. Advantages： 20 cases. Good： 15 cases. Poor： 3 cases. The total effective rate was 92.1%. Conclusion For the lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis, pedicle screw fixation, interbody fusion, good curative effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
