护理管理在医院感染中的应用分析

目的对护理管理在医院感染中的应用进行分析。方法选取2012年10月前在我院住院治疗患者200例,为对照组;选取2012年10月我院加强护理管理措施实施后住院治疗患者200例,为观察组;对比两组患者的医院感染率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者的医院感染率显著低于对照组患者,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度、护理质控标准评分显著优于对照组患者,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院治疗患者进行加强护理管理措施能够有效的提高患者护理干满意度、提高护理质控标准评分,降低医院感染发生率,有效提高患者住院治疗时间,适宜广泛应用于临床护理。

The analysis of the application of nursing management in hospital infection

Objective To analyze the application of nursing management in hospital infection. Metl~oOs 2oo patients t~erore October 2012 for treatment in our hospital were chosen as the control group. 200 patients in hospital with nursing management measures in October 2012 were chosen as the observation group. The infection rate and patients＇ satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The nosocomial infection rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, there was significant difference, and there were with statistical significances （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate and nursing quality control standard score in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, there were significant differences, and there were with statistical significances （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Strengthening nursing management measure of hospitalized patients can effectively improve the dry satisfaction, improve nursing quality control standards score of patients, reduce the incidence of hospital infection, and improve the treatment of the hospitalization time, and it is suitable to be widely used in clinical care.
