| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨IgG/IgM-TCIC在HCV感染者体内的意义。方法采用捕捉法ELISA,以抗人IgG的羊IgG为包被抗体,HRP-抗人IgM的羊IgG为指示抗体,检测80例HCV感染者及30例健康人体内IgG/IgM-TCIC的水平。结果HCV感染组IgG/IgM-TCIC的水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);进一步比较与ALT及BT的关系,发现IgG/IgM-TCIC与两者均无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论IgG/IgM-TCIC并不直接参与肝脏损伤的病理过程,而可能是丙肝患者体液免疫紊乱的重要指征。

| Abstract: | Objective To preliminarily elucidate the significance of IgG/IgM-TCIC in HCV-infected individuals.Methods Coated with goat IgG aimed to human IgG,and then detected by HRP-labeled goat IgG aimed to human IgM,a capture ELISA method was established to examine the circulating immune complexes composed of IgG and IgM(i.e.IgG/IgM-TCIC) in HCV-infected individuals(80 cases) and healthy individuals(30 cases).Results The level of IgG/IgM-TCIC in HCV-infected individuals was obviously higher than that in the control group(healthy individuals).In addition,there was not an obvious correlation between the level of IgG/IgM-TCIC and ALT or BT in the serum of HCV infected individuals.Conclusion It was suggested that IgG/IgM-TCIC did not participate in the damage of liver,whereas it might be an important indication that reflected the disordered status of humoral immune response. |
