| 摘 要： | 目的预防智齿拔除术后的不良反应。方法386例阻生智齿的拔除,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给与局部注射地塞米松和碘仿明胶海绵或碘仿纱条的填塞。结果治疗组没有一例发生干槽症,而对照组有43例术后发生干槽症。结论局部注射地塞米松和创口碘仿纱条可以预防智齿拔除术后的并发症。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To prevent badness reaction of wisdom teeth extraction. METHOD 386 patients with obstruct teeth were selected.The objectives were divided into two groups at random.Dexamethasone was injected at local of wound and iodoform sponges were used in the experimental group. RESULT Nobody suffered from dry socket in the experimental group,but 43 patients suffered from dry socket in the control group. CONCLUSION Using iodoform sponges and injecting dexamethasone may be considered as preventing dry socket after extraction of teeth. |
