| Abstract: | A patient developed restless legs symptoms paralleling the course of interferon-alpha (IFN alpha) therapy for chronic hepatitis C. Symptoms began during a course of IFN alpha, resolved with its suspension, and recurred on rechallenge. Restless legs syndrome may thus be an adverse effect of IFN alpha treatment. |
