倍他乐克联合美西律治疗无明显器质性心脏病人频发室性早搏的疗效观察

目的研究倍他乐克联合美西律治疗无明显器质性心脏病人频发室性早搏的疗效。方法 360例频发室性早搏病人按照入院顺序随机分为四组:对照组(90例),倍他乐克治疗组(90例),美西律治疗组(90例),联合治疗组(90例)。对照组常规应用营养心肌、改善心肌代谢、镇静、抗焦虑等治疗,其他三组在上述治疗基础上分别加用倍他乐克、美西律、倍他乐克联合美西律治疗。结果倍他乐克治疗组与美西律治疗组有效率无显著性差异(P0.05),与对照组有显著性差异(P0.01)。联合治疗组与前三组有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论对于无明显器质性心脏病人发生的频发室性早搏,单独应用倍他乐克和美西律都有一定的疗效,但联合治疗疗效更为明显,是首选的治疗。

The curative effect observation of Metoprolo combine Mexiletine to cure premature ventricualr contraction in patients without obvious organic heart disease

Objective] To study The curative effect observation of Metoprolo combine Mexiletine to cure premature ventricualr contraction in patients without obvious organic heart disease.Methods] 360 cases with crinosity premature ventricualr contraction were devided into four groups randomly according to hospitalization order：control group（90 cases）,Metoprolo treatment group（90 cases）,Mexiletine treatment group（90 cases）,Metoprolo combine Mexiletine treatment group（90 cases）。Control group using improving myocardial metabolism、mitigating、antianxiety et al therapy,the other three groups were adding Metoprolo、Mexiletine、Metoprolo combine Mexiletine respectively on the basis of the formor treatment.Results] There are not significant difference of effective rate between Metoprolo treatment group and Mexiletine treatment group（P0.05）,but have significant difference compare with control group（P0.01）。Metoprolo combine Mexiletine treatment group have significant difference compare with the other three groups.Conclusions] For patients with crinosity premature ventricualr contraction but without obvious organic heart disease,using Metoprolo or Mexiletine singlely all have certain curative effect,but therapeutic alliance will have more obvious effect,therefore are the Preferred therapy.
