人工髋关节置换术后翻修的原因及治疗要点

目的探讨人工髋关节术后翻修的原因及治疗要点。方法从1999年3月-2004年12月共翻修人工髋关节16例，术后随访随访4～70个月，平均24．3个月。对其翻修原因、假体类型、骨缺损修补方法等进行回顾分析。结果除1例因心血管疾病于术后3年死亡外，术后无明显并发症，植骨愈合良好，Harris评分优良率81．25％。结论人工髋关节置换术后翻修的主要原因是假体的无菌性松动，在翻修过程中骨缺损的修补十分重要。

Causes and treatment of revision of total hip arthroplasty

[Objective] To probe into the causes and treatment key points of revision of total hip arthroplasty. [Method] 16 cases of revision of total hip arthroplasty from March 1999 to December 2004 were followed up for an average of 24.3 months. The causes of revision, type of prothesis, managements of bone defects were analyzed. [Resuit] Although 1 cases dead because of cardiovascular disease at 3 years after revision, Favorable healing of bone graft and no obvious complications in other cases. According to Harris score, 81.25% of all cases were excellent or good. [Conclusion] The main causes of revision was aseptic loosening, and the managements of bone defects was the key point.
