| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨癌抗原15-3（CA15-3）和癌胚抗原（CEA）对乳腺癌的临床意义。方法：对358例乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3和CEA的测定结果进行分析。结果：未转移、复发乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3和CEA的阳性率较低，手术后CA15-3和CEA值较手术前下降，有转移、复发乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3和CEA的阳性率增高。结论：血清CA15-3和CEA对乳腺癌转移，复发有诊断意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical value of CA15 3 and CEA in patients with breast cancer.Methods:Serum levels of CA15 3 and CEA in 358 patients with breast cancer were reviewed.Results:The positive rates of CA15 3 and CEA were lower in patients without metastatic and recurred breast cancer but increased in those with metastatic and recurred breast cancer. Serum levels of CA15 3 and CEA decreased after modified radical mastectomy.Conclusion:CA15 3 and CEA are of clinical value in diagnosis of metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer. |
