高血压脑出血的手术治疗效果分析

目的探讨高血压脑出血的手术治疗效果。方法对163例高血压脑出血患者采用开颅血肿清除99例,小骨窗开颅血肿清除49例,钻孔引流尿激酶冲洗15例。应用SPSS 11.5统计学软件进行统计学处理,以评价治疗效果。结果开颅血肿清除99例中,良好5例,中残56例,重残20例,植物生存及死亡18例;小骨窗开颅及钻孔引流64例中,良好10例,中残34例,重残12例,植物生存及死亡8例。高血压脑出血的预后与早期手术、血肿部位和血肿大小等相关（P〈0.05）;与手术方法、年龄和性别无关（P〉0.05）。结论掌握好高血压脑出血的手术时机,根据出血量的大小、部位来选择手术方法,可以提高患者的生存率,降低死亡率及致残率。

Surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the efficacy of the operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 163 patients were respectively analyzed.Results Both the operative opportunity and the quantity or the location of blood were related to the prognostic of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage（P〈0.05）.it did not have any relationship with modus operandi,age and gender（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The method of operation should be chosen according to the amount of the bleeding and location and select the best time of surgery hypertensive celebral hemorrhage,which can raise the rate of survival and cut down the rate of death and mutilation.
