组织工程皮肤的种子细胞--表皮干细胞的生物学行为研究进展

近年来,组织工程皮肤的研究已成为当前研究的热点之一.但直到现在还没有任何一种组织工程皮肤能作为理想的合适的皮肤覆盖物,以满足临床严重烧伤病人的需求,其中原因之一是未找到合适的种子细胞.通过对皮肤发育生物学研究发现,表皮干细胞在皮肤形成过程中起重要作用,皮肤的多层表皮结构通常是由表皮干细胞再生而来,因此,表皮干细胞可能成为构建组织工程皮肤的种子细胞,但目前我们对它还了解甚少.现就表皮干细胞的有关生物学行为包括一般特性、分布位置、表面标志物、可能的应用前景等方面的研究进展作一综述.

The progress of study on the biology behavior of epidermal stem cell as the seed cell of tissue engineering skin

The investigation of tissue engineering skin has become one of the hot sports in recent yeas.but there's no ideal tissue engineering skin as the suitable skin covering agent which can satisfy with the needs of severe burned patients.One of the reasons is that no seed cell is found.The investigation of developmental biology into the skin has found the epidermal stem cell may play a important role during the formation of skin,the structure of skin multi layer regenerates from the epidermal stem cell .So the epidermal stem cell may become the seed cell of tissue engineering skin.However we still know few about it.Now,this article will summarize the biology behavior involving the common character,distribution,marker and prospect of epidermal stem cell.
