心理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者心理状态的影响

目的:探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的心理状态及心理干预对其影响。方法:68例GDM患者随机分为干预组(n=34)和对照组(n=33),对照组给予常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上给予心理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别于入院和出院时对两组患者进行心理测评,并进行统计学分析。结果:两组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均比干预前明显降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);干预组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:妊娠糖尿病患者存在不同程度的心理症状,实施心理干预能有效改善GDM患者的心理状态。

Effect of psychological intervention on psychological status of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the psychological status of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and the effect after psychological intervention. Method 68 cases with GDM were divided into the intervention group (n=34) and the control group (n=34) randomly. Normal treatment and nursing were given to the control group and the psychological intervention were given to the intervention group on the basis of normal treatment and nursing. SAS and SDS were used to measure the psychological status of patients before and after hospitalization, and the data was analyzed statistically. Results The grades of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were much lower than that of before intervention, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). The grades of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were much lower than that of the control group, and with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Patients with GDM has psychological symptoms in different degrees, and psychological intervention can improve their psychological status.
