红花抗幼鼠窒息缺氧时脑NO含量的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨红花抗缺氧脑损伤中的作用。方法:采用SD幼鼠常压缺氧模型,测定红花对缺氧耐力的影响,并观察幼鼠经40min窒息缺氧后复氧24h,48h脑组织中的NO含量变化及红花对其影响。结果:缺氧前30min腹腔注射红花浸出液(7g生药/kg),能明显延长幼鼠的存活时间;幼鼠经窒息缺氧后复氧24h,48h脑NO含量显著升高,而红花组能明显降低缺氧后复氧脑组织的NO含量。结论:NO参与了窒息缺氧的脑损伤,红花对缺氧脑损伤的保护作用是通过抑制NO实现的。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the mechanism of protective effects of Carthamus.Method:We managed the model of asphyxia in SD neonatal rats, and measured the change of Nitric Oxide (NO) content in rats' brain. After asphyxiation for 40 minutes, the neonatal rats were reoxygenated for 24 hr, 48 hr respectively. Influence of Carthamus also measured by Nitrate reductase method. Result: Carthamus 7g/kg intraperitoneally carried out 30 minutes before asphyxiation can significantly increase the rats' survival rate. For 24 hr, 48 hr after asphyxiation, NO content was increased in brain, and the group of the Carthamus can significantly decrease NO content in cerebral tissue following hypoxia-reoxygenation. Conclusion: Carthamus can decrease NO content in cerebral tissue following hypoxia-reoxygenation. The probable mechanism of Carthamus protection was by inhabiting the neurotoxicity of NO mediation.
