摘    要:目的:探讨三维DSA在血管变异条件下行PICC置入的新方法。方法:选择2013年8~9月行PICC置管受阻患者12例,在X线透视下应用三维DSA技术判断患者血管条件并且引导PICC至理想位置。结果:对PICC置管受阻的12例患者在采用三维DSA后,11例患者准确判断血管条件并成功置入PICC,1例锁骨下静脉闭锁患者建议植入输液港,均顺利完成全程化疗。结论:三维DSA可有效提高异常血管PICC置入的成功率,值得临床应用。

The application and nursing of arterial hemostasis pad after percutaneous coronary intervention by radial artery

Abstract:Objective :To observe the clinical application effects of radial aneryial hemostasis pad used in coyonary intervention postoperative. Methods:110 patients from September 2011 to September 2012 who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention by radial artery were selected and equally randomized into the observational group which received radial arteryial hemostasis pad and the control group received compression bandanged with gauze bandage for he- mostasis. Comparison of prevalence of two groups of patients with comfortable cmd complications. Results : Using arteryiat hemostasis pad for hemostasis is more simple and convenient. The pressing tinle for heInoatasis were significantly shorted. And the comfort condition was also singnificantly improved in the observational group without welling, numbness, bruising conditions of hand and forearm. Conclusion : Radial arteryial hemostasis pad has exact efl}ects in he- mostasis 'after percutaneous coronary intervention by radial artery. The comfort condition of patients was significantly improved. And it's reducing the work- load of medical staff. It can be large - scale application in clinical practice.
