竹节参根和茎叶中总皂苷抗血栓活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究竹节参根和茎叶是否具有抗血栓活性。方法利用体外溶栓法,以血凝块加药前后的重量变化为指标,研究竹节参根和茎叶是否具有体外抗血栓活性;利用小鼠肺血栓模型,以造模后小鼠的存活率为指标,研究竹节参根和茎叶是否具有体内抗血栓活性。结果竹节参根总皂苷和茎叶总皂苷的高、低剂量组均有极显著性的体内、体外抗血栓作用。结论竹节参根和茎叶中总皂苷具有极显著地抗血栓作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the antithrombotic activity of total saponins in root and stem leaf of Pa-nax japonicas C.A.Mey.METHODS The weight of the blood clot with or without drug was observed to study the in vitro antithrombotic activity using the method of in vitro thrombolysis.The survival rate of model mice was observed to study the in vivo antithrombotic activity using the model of pulmonary embolism in mice.RESULTS The high and low dose of total saponins in root and stem leaf of Panax japonicas C.A.Mey.had the significant antithrombotic activ-ity.CONCLUSION The total saponins in root and stem leaf of Panax japonicas C.A.Mey.has the significant an-tithrombotic activity.
