| 摘 要： | 作者报道48例金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎并发多器官系统受损,其中累及2～3个器官者39例(81.3％),累及4个器官者6例(12.5％),累及5个器官者3例(6.3％)。年龄3岁以下占64.6％。采用综合性治疗措施取得了较好的疗效,48例中治愈44例占91.7％,死亡4例占8.3％。其死亡率比国内外报道低。

| Abstract: | Presented in this paper is a report of 48 patients with staphylococci aurus pneumonia complicated by multiple systemic lesions,among whom 39 (81. 3%) were found to have 2-3 systemic lesions, 6 (12. 5%) to have 4 systemic lesions,the remaining 3(6. 3%) to have 5 systemic lesions. The patients receivcd comprehensive treatment with satis factory results. Of the -18 cases, 14 were cured (91. 7%) ,and 4 (8. 3%) died. The death rate was lower than that previously reported abroad and at home. |
