宫颈钳钳夹宫颈术治疗产后出血208例临床分析

目的：产后出血目前仍是造成围产死亡的主要原因之一寻找快捷有效的治疗方法具有重要的临床意义。方法：回顾分析1987年1月～2002年12月采用宫颈钳夹宫颈术治疗208例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血病例的临床资料。结果：208例中206例获得成功，有效率为99％。结论：应用宫颈钳钳夹术治疗常规治疗无效的产后出血具有成功率高、创伤小、操作简单、手术时间短等优点，值得推广应用。

Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage with Cervical Clamp Clamping Cervices:a Report of 68 Cases

Objective: Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the main causes resulting in death, it is very important to look for a rapid and effective therapy method. Methods: Clinical data collected from January, 1987 to December, 2001 of 208 cases postpartum hemorrhage treated with cervical clamp clamping cervices were retrospectively reviewed. Results:Among 208 cases of postpartum hemorrhage 206 cases were rescued, the ratio of salvage was 99.1%. Conclusion:The therapy of postpartum hemorrhage with cervical clamp clamping cervices has advantages of high efficiency, microinvasive, simple manipulation and short operation time and should be extended employed.
