摘    要:目的:为解决空气污染问题,研制一种便携式臭氧空气净化器。方法:采用电晕放电技术,以空气为气源,在高压电场的作用下把空气中的氧气转化为臭氧,该臭氧空气净化器主要由臭氧管、高频电源、风机和控制系统等4部分组成。结果:空气净化器产生的臭氧浓度大于10mg/L,臭氧产量大于1,2g/h,排气量为2L/min,对容积小于100m。房间中细菌的杀灭率大于90%。结论:臭氧空气净化器可杀灭空气中细菌、病毒等微生物,可用于空气的消毒净化。

Abstract:Objective To develop a set of portable ozone air cleaner. Methods The source gas for generating ozone was air. The oxygen in air was oxidized into ozone by corona discharge technology in high voltage field. The cleaner was composed of the ozone tube, the high frequency power, the fan and the control system. Results The ozone concentration was more than 10mg/L, and the output of ozone generated was more than 1.2g/h, and the amount of gas discharged was 2L/min. The disinfection effect was more than 90%. The cleaning room volume of the cleaner was less than 100m^3. Conclusion The portable ozone air cleaner can be used for cleaning air by disinfecting and inactivating microorganisms in air.
