| 摘 要： | 目的:为了探讨维生素K3与654-2低张药物在静脉肾盂造影中的优越性,减少静脉肾盂造影过程中的副反应发生,进一步提高临床用药安全。材料与方法:在静脉肾盂造影中应用维生素K312mg或山莨菪碱(654-2)20mg各300例进行比较分析。结果:维生素K3与654-2低张药物应用于静脉肾盂造影,泌尿系显影均达到满意的效果,其显影良好率,无显著差异,P<5。但从临床安全用药角度出发,维生素K3副反应明显低于654-2,因此,维生素K3在静脉肾盂造影应用中优于654-2。
