高能冲击波治疗膀胱肿瘤的实验研究

摘    要:用高能冲击波治疗由N-甲基亚硝基脲诱导的大鼠膀胱肿瘤的实验研究,病理和电镜观察显示单次高能冲击波对膀胱肿瘤细胞无影响,连续两次高能冲击波处理后,48小时起出现肿瘤细胞坏死,随时间延长,肿瘤坏死增加。高能冲击波主要引起肿瘤细胞内线粒体肿胀等改变,从而导致细胞坏死,流式细胞仪检查示高能冲击波必理后S期细胞数明显下降。结果表明连续两次高能冲击波处理对膀胱肿瘤细胞确实存在直接和间接毒性作用。

Abstract:xperimental studies on thetreatment of ratbladder tumors induced by N-methyl-N-ni-trosourea(MNU)with high energy shockwave(HESW)were performed.The resultsof the histological and ultrastructural observa-tions showed that one exposure of HESW hadno influences on the bladder tumor cells.2days of serial exposures could induce necrosisfrom 48 hours on. As tirme going, degress oftumor necrosis gradually increased. HESWcaused some changes in mitochondria after ex-posuers and resulted in eventual cell death.Flow cytometric analysis showed that the cellsin S phase in bldder tumors significantly de-creased. It was concluded that 2 days of serialexposures were cytotoxic to bladder tumorsinduced MNU.
